I am the laziest hummingbird water maker in the world. Here's my recipe: 1) fill jar with sugar 2) top up with water 3) set in sun 4) fill hummingbird feeer 1/3 with this 1:1 mix 5) fill rest of hummer feeder with water 6) hang feeder 7) This is most important step: gloat a moment on how efficiently you've made hummer water 8) okay, there is one more step. watch the whordes of ants from three counties away line up to sip that super-sweet juice. efficienty has it's downsides....
